Performance characteristics:

It operates in an intermittent design, controlled by PLC, with a simple structure and easy maintenance. This machine automatically completes the processes of box feeding, box opening, and box sealing.
The entire machine has a high cartonning speed, low mechanical wear, high output, and low mechanical operating speed.
It features automatic vacuum box picking and a large-angle box opening, ensuring the accuracy of box opening.
The box feeding system operates intermittently and is equipped with a push-in overload protection function to ensure the safe entry of products into the box.
This machine is easier to adjust and maintain. It can be equipped with various box closing methods and other devices. When changing products of different sizes within the equipment size range, only a few parts need to be replaced.
The machine frame and machine plate have sufficient strength and rigidity. The main drive motor and clutch brake of the machine are installed inside the frame, and the transmission systems are installed on the machine plate. The torque overload protector can disengage the main drive motor and each transmission part in case of overload to protect the machine parts from damage.
