A major milestone has been achieved with the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of a complete milk powder packaging line for Fonterra Indonesia. The rigorous testing was conducted at the facility of the equipment supplier, Shiputec.
The FAT focused on the advanced six-lane packaging machine and the integrated line. All key performance indicators for speed, accuracy, and system stability were met or exceeded, confirming full compliance with Fonterra’s stringent specifications.
This successful completion clears the final pre-delivery checkpoint. The entire line is now approved for disassembly and shipment to Fonterra’s production site in Indonesia, where it will be installed. The new system is poised to significantly boost the plant’s packaging capacity and efficiency upon commissioning.
